TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE
Traditional Thai Massage is performed fully clothed on a floor mat and incorporates a combination of deep tissue acupressure, compression, and yoga-like stretching.It can be used as a form of physical therapy to improve circulation, flexibility, and muscle tone. This blend of acupressure and stretching is especially beneficial for those who find themselves stiff, sore, and tired from over-exertion in work or sports. By encouraging lymphatic function, this therapeutic deep tissue massage and stretching can also detoxify the body, strengthen the immune system, and prevent injury by promoting flexibility and supple joints and ligaments.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.
This treatment is performed on a massage table while the client is comfortably draped. Includes myofascial techniques, hydrotherapy, and trigger point release.
